Hi, I'm Paddy. I make music and videos with AI tools as a hobby, and Paddy Prompt Studio is where I share the prompt formulas, cheat-sheets and workflows I wish I'd had when I started.
Like a lot of people, my first dozen AI songs sounded generic. I'd type a vague genre into Suno, get something passable, and have no idea why the next attempt sounded completely different. The breakthrough wasn't a secret model or a paid plan — it was learning to write prompts that actually describe a song the way a producer would: genre, mood, instrumentation, vocal style, tempo, and structure, in an order the model reads predictably.
Once that clicked for music, I started doing the same thing for video with Vidmuse — matching camera movement to the beat, keeping a character consistent across shots, and cutting clips on the drop. The studio and this blog are the result of writing all of that down.
What this site actually is
Paddy Prompt Studio is two things:
- A free browser tool that turns these techniques into click-to-build prompts for Suno and Vidmuse. You pick a genre, mood, vocal style and tempo, and it assembles a clean prompt you can copy, save and reuse. It runs entirely in your browser — there's no account and nothing to install.
- A plain-English blog with step-by-step guides: the style-prompt formula, a BPM cheat-sheet by genre, lyric and vocal-tag formatting, full music-video workflows, and the common mistakes that flatten AI output.
The mission
AI music tools are powerful but unforgiving — a small wording change can be the difference between a track that sounds professional and one that sounds like a demo. My goal is simple: help anyone go from a blank prompt box to a song they're proud of, faster. No jargon, no upsell, no "subscribe to unlock the real tips." If a technique works, it's on the site for free.
Who it's for
- Hobbyists and first-timers who want their AI songs to stop sounding random.
- Content creators who need original background music and music videos without a studio budget.
- Songwriters using AI to sketch ideas, demo arrangements, or hear a lyric sung back.
How the studio is funded
The tool is free and I intend to keep it that way. To cover hosting and the time that goes into writing new guides, this site displays ads and may, in the future, include affiliate links — always clearly disclosed. That keeps the studio open to everyone instead of hiding it behind a paywall. You can read exactly how data and cookies are handled in the Privacy Policy.
Paddy Prompt Studio is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Suno.com or Vidmuse.ai. Those are third-party tools I write tutorials for. See the full disclaimer for details.
